Terms of Service

1. Introduction Welcome to Pharaoh’s Laboratory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our photography and videography services, as well as our production studio services. By booking a session or using our studio, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation.

• Full payment must be made before or at the beginning of the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund.

3. Session Guidelines

• Clients must arrive on time and prepared for their session.

• Any additional time beyond the scheduled session may incur extra fees.

• Outfit changes must be planned within the allotted session time.

• Props or special requests must be discussed and approved before the session.

4. Studio Usage

• Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition it was in before their session.

• Any damages to equipment, props, or studio space must be reported and may result in additional charges.

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the studio.

• Pharaoh’s Laboratory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests.

• Pharaoh’s Laboratory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Any injuries sustained during the use of the studio or during an on-location session are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Intellectual Property

• All photos and videos taken by Pharaoh’s Laboratory remain the property of Pharaoh’s Laboratory until final payment is received.

• Clients receive a limited license to use the images or videos for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.

• Unauthorized editing, alteration, or resale of photos and videos without written consent is prohibited.

• Pharaoh’s Laboratory reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes footage or images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in a contract.

7. Delivery & Edits

• Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• Clients are entitled to a specified number of edits per package; additional edits may incur extra fees.

• Raw, unedited images or footage are not provided unless agreed upon in writing.

8. Termination & Enforcement

• Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of studio use or session without a refund.

• Pharaoh’s Laboratory reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the studio or services implies acceptance of any changes.
